HERITAGE PARK HEALTH CENTER BY HARBORVIEW

Heritage Park Health Center located at 2302 59th Street West in Bradenton Florida, is a certified Skilled Nursing Facility. In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing services, we offer onsite physician/nurse practitioner services five days per week, with after-hours on-call services available seven days per week. Our dedicated physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation staff are in-house and employees of the center. We offer a host of amenities including spacious resident rooms, free salon services at our Esteem Salon, and a first-class dining experience. We are also proud of our outdoor covered patio space and other scenic outdoor spaces. We are proud of our partnership with The Joint Commission. Achieving The Gold Seal of Approval from The Joint Commission is an internationally recognized mark of quality and a testament to the quality of care provided at our health center. We are also members of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and Florida Health Care Association (FLHCA) which is further testimony to the exceptional team, care, and standards we've worked so hard to foster.
